Disclosures

Last updated: 2026-09-05

This page states what Kervra is and is not, without marketing language. It carries the full text of every short notice on the home page.

1. What Kervra is, and is not

Kervra is an independent third-party app on Robinhood Chain (chainId 4663), built on Pons. A user sets one rule once: a chosen percentage of the realized profit on closed trades is set aside and converted into supported stock tokens the user pre-selected.

Kervra is not an exchange, a custodian, a fund or an adviser. Kervra never custodies user assets. Set-aside amounts land in the user's own wallet or in a savings account under the user's control.

Kervra offers a savings habit. It does not offer a guarantee, a yield or a price expectation.

2. About Robinhood Stock Tokens

Robinhood Stock Tokens are tokenized debt securities issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited. They give economic exposure to an underlying security.

These tokens do not grant shareholder rights: no voting rights, no right to attend general meetings, none of the other rights that shareholders hold. Kervra never says “you now own Apple”; it always names the token acquired, for example “AAPL Stock Token”.

The list of tokens Kervra supports is shown inside the product and may change over time. A token being listed is not an opinion about it or a recommendation.

3. Jurisdiction limits

Robinhood Stock Tokens are not available to U.S. persons and are restricted in other jurisdictions, including Canada, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Kervra is subject to the same limits; people in a restricted jurisdiction cannot use the product.

It is the user's responsibility to know the rules on acquiring tokenized securities where they are located.

4. Independence

Kervra is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a product of Robinhood, Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited, Pons, NVIDIA or any issuer. Those names appear only to describe the infrastructure the product runs on and the tokens that can be acquired.

Kervra is an independent third-party app on Robinhood Chain.

5. No capital protection

Stock tokens can fall in value. All or part of an amount set aside can be lost. Kervra offers no capital protection, no yield promise and no price prediction.

The “amount set aside” and the “investment return” shown in the product are always two separate numbers and are never merged into one figure. The amount set aside is what the user diverted from their own profit; the return is the change in value of the tokens acquired, and it can be negative.

Kervra does not use “lock in your gains” or similar language.

6. v1 signs, it does not automate

Kervra cannot move funds by watching an address. In v1 the product prepares the conversion and the user signs the transaction with their own wallet. No conversion happens without a signature.

Setting a rule gives Kervra no access to the wallet. Any automation offered later will come only as explicitly scoped allowances, limited in amount and duration and revocable at any time. No automatic transaction happens without such an allowance.

7. How realized profit is defined

Realized profit is profit after the trade costs the product can actually compute. Items the product can see on-chain, such as cost basis and trade fees, are taken into account.

Realized profit is not profit after personal tax. Kervra does not compute taxes and does not give tax advice.

For positions that arrived from outside with an unknown cost basis, v1 does not invent one. Those positions are excluded from the calculation, and the exclusion is shown visibly inside the product.

8. Illustrative calculations and illustrative prices

The rule dial and the example ledger on the home page compute from a fixed example trade (200 USDG cost basis and fees, 350 USDG gross proceeds). Token quantities shown use illustrative prices and are not market data.

The sentence “Across 10 trades like this ...” is an illustrative calculation. It is not a projection of returns or a forward-looking statement.

9. Custody and control

Kervra never custodies user assets at any stage. Tokens acquired land in the user's own wallet or in an account under the user's control. Kervra has no authority over those assets.

10. Not investment advice

Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Kervra does not recommend buying or selling any particular token. Decisions and responsibility rest with the user.

11. Nearby products and claims

Products such as StockStream, LOOM, Vimen and Weave exist in a similar space. Their mechanism is mostly a shared treasury or a distribution to token holders. Kervra works per person and is tied to the user's own realized profit. Kervra makes no “world first” claim.

12. Early-access list and data

The email address entered in the early-access form is used only to send the launch notice. It is not shared with third parties or added to marketing lists, and it is removed on request.
